RETURN POLICY

Exchange & Return

Due to the state of some of our products we do not except exchanges or returns

Missing & Incorrect Items

During our processing time we do our best to double check all orders to insure that we have picked all items that are apart of the order.

Missing Items

  • If items are missing please contact us via email with your order number, a picture of your packing slip, and a description of the issue (ex. Hello, my order # is 1234 and the 'product name' that I ordered was not included in my order)

  • Once we have reviewed the order and email you will recieve a partial refund sent to the original payment method. We will also send the missing item(s) to the address attatched to the order

  • Incorrect Items

  • If items are incorrect please contact us via email with your order number, a picture of the product you recieved, and a description of the issue (ex. Hello, my order # is 1234 and I recieved 'product name' instead of 'product name')

  • Once we have reviewed the order and email you will recieve a discount sent to the email attached to the order placed. We will also send the correct item to the address attatched to the order
